Hi! I’m Xin!
I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in fertility nutrition, blood sugar balance, and preconception health. I help women improve Insulin Resistance and metabolic health so they can support hormone balance, regulate their cycles, and prepare their bodies for pregnancy — without relying on restrictive diets!
I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition Education from Columbia University, where I received extensive training through 1200+ supervised practice hours across different settings in the hospitals, private practice, food services, and non-profit organizations.
My experience spans across adult, pediatric, and neonatal nutrition, giving me a comprehensive understanding of how nutrition impacts health across the lifespan.
Working in the NICU has been especially impactful.
I’ve seen firsthand how much prenatal health, maternal nutrition, and blood sugar control influence a baby’s growth and development. While not everything is within our control, optimizing metabolic health before pregnancy can make a meaningful difference. This is what led me to focus on preconception nutrition and blood sugar balance for fertility.
My Story
My path into nutrition started long before my formal training.
At a young age, I went through a major health experience that made me see firsthand how the body can go through stress, recovery, and healing. It was during that time I began to understand how powerful nutrition can be — not just for maintaining health, but for repairing, rebuilding, and supporting the body through change.
Meanwhile, I watched family members struggle with chronic conditions like Type 2 Diabetes.
They were often told to “eat less carbs” or follow strict dietary rules or giving up their cultural foods because they are “bad”. But those recommendations were difficult to sustain, and over time, many felt stuck between wanting to improve their health and feeling unable to maintain those changes.
At the same time, I experienced my own challenges with gut health, including SIBO and IBS during periods of chronic stress.
My mission is to help women improve blood sugar balance, rebuild trust with their bodies, and create sustainable nutrition habits to support fertility and preconception health.
