Hi! I’m Xin!

I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in fertility nutrition, blood sugar balance, and preconception health. I help women improve Insulin Resistance and metabolic health so they can support hormone balance, regulate their cycles, and prepare their bodies for pregnancy — without relying on restrictive diets!

I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition Education from Columbia University, where I received extensive training through 1200+ supervised practice hours across different settings in the hospitals, private practice, food services, and non-profit organizations.

My experience spans across adult, pediatric, and neonatal nutrition, giving me a comprehensive understanding of how nutrition impacts health across the lifespan.

Working in the NICU has been especially impactful.I’ve seen firsthand how much prenatal health, maternal nutrition, and blood sugar control influence a baby’s growth and development.

While not everything is within our control, optimizing metabolic health before pregnancy can make a meaningful difference. This is what led me to focus on preconception nutrition and blood sugar balance for fertility.

My Story

I didn't find my way into fertility and hormone nutrition by accident. I was led here — by my own body, and by the people I love.

Growing up, I watched family members struggle with Type 2 Diabetes being told to give up their cultural foods, follow rigid rules, and cut out entire food groups. The advice was well-meaning — but it stripped the joy from eating and was impossible to sustain. I saw firsthand how a broken relationship with food doesn't heal a body. It just adds another layer of stress to one that's already struggling.

Then my own body spoke up.

During a period of chronic stress, I developed SIBO and IBS — and suddenly I wasn't just a practitioner learning about the gut-hormone connection in textbooks. I was living it. I felt what it means when your nervous system is so overwhelmed that your digestion, your energy, and your hormones all start to unravel together. And I learned what it actually takes to come back — not through restriction, but through nourishment, data, and genuine self-understanding.

That experience changed how I work with every client.

Today I help women balance their blood sugar, restore their hormones, and prepare their bodies for pregnancy — using the same non-diet, whole-body approach that helped me heal. Because I know what it feels like to need more than a meal plan. And I know what's possible when someone finally gets the right support.

That's what I'm here to offer you.

I’d love to chat and hear about your story too.

My mission is to help women optimize their body’s metabolism, rebuild trust and confidence with their bodies, and create sustainable nutrition habits to build the foundation for a healthy pregnancy and beyond.
