Born and raised in Malaysia, shaped by studying abroad in Australia, time in San Francisco, and now life in New York City, I bring deep cultural humility and curiosity to my work. My global background allows me to support women from diverse cultural traditions while honoring the foods, flavors, and rituals that matter most to them.

I started my career deeply rooted in clinical nutrition — working with adults managing complex health conditions, and later in the NICU, where every detail truly mattered. Working as a NICU dietitian gave me a front-row view of how much prenatal health and nutrition shape a baby’s outcome — long before birth.

Today, I help women take a more intentional, science-based approach to their health so you can walk into pregnancy feeling prepared, energized, and confident in your body.
