Nutrition Counseling for Fertility, Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Beyond
Ready to take control of your hormone health and start feeling like yourself again?
What does it look like when working with a dietitian?
Think of our sessions as the perfect balance between expert nutrition guidance and supportive coaching.
Fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum are seasons of life with unique nutritional and hormonal needs. Your body deserves support that evolves with you—not one-size-fits-all advice.
Whether you're preparing to conceive, navigating fertility treatments, managing gestational diabetes, or recovering after birth, our work together is designed to help you nourish your body through every stage of the journey.
Together, we'll look beyond symptoms and uncover the factors that may be influencing your hormone health, metabolism, and fertility—including blood sugar balance, nutrition, lifestyle habits, stress, sleep, lab work, and your personal health history.
Instead of handing you a rigid meal plan to follow for a few weeks, I'll help you understand your body so you can make confident food and lifestyle choices for life.
Because my goal isn't simply to help you get pregnant—it's to help you build a strong foundation for a healthy pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and long-term wellness for both you and your growing family.

Our approach to care is weight-inclusive, evidence-based, and non-diet. We believe fertility nutrition isn’t about perfection—it’s about building sustainable habits that support hormone balance, ovulation, egg quality, metabolic health, and pregnancy outcomes.
Together, we focus on practical strategies like balanced meals, blood sugar support, digestive health, targeted supplementation, and lifestyle habits that fit your real life—not another restrictive plan. We combine current science with your lived experience to create a personalized approach that supports your fertility goals while protecting your relationship with food and overall well-being.
-
Our first appointment is a supportive, judgment-free conversation focused on you and your health goals. We'll review your medical history, fertility journey, lifestyle, eating habits, labs, medications, supplements, stress, sleep, movement, and nutrition concerns. Most importantly, we'll talk about your goals and what's been standing in your way.
Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally, preparing for IVF/IUI, or navigating conditions like PCOS/PMOS or thyroid disorders or Endometriosis, we’ll identify the biggest opportunities to support your body. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just come as you are. You'll leave with personalized recommendations and a clear action plan to begin implementing right away.

Every client's journey is different, which is why we tailor our support to your individual goals and timeline. Some clients work with us for around 6 months to build a strong foundation and address specific concerns, while others choose to continue for 9–12 months or longer for ongoing guidance through preconception, pregnancy, or postpartum. We'll recommend the level of support that's right for you based on where you are in your journey.
-
After we meet on our initial/first session, we will meet weekly or biweekly for at least 3 months to build sustainable habits, troubleshoot challenges, and make meaningful progress. As you gain confidence and your goals evolve, we'll transition to biweekly or monthly sessions, depending on the level of support that feels right for you.
Our goal is to help you develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills to nourish yourself through every stage of your fertility journey, pregnancy, and beyond.
-
Rather than prescribing rigid meal plans or counting calories, we’ll offer flexible meal ideas, recipes, and personalized nutrition recommendations that align with your goals, lifestyle, and food preferences. Our goal is to help you build confidence in nourishing your body and reproductive health—not following another diet.
